The U.S. Green Building Council held their 5th annual Awards Ceremony at Goucher college on 28th January 2010.

One of our members, Town Point Development was honored with an award for their design of a a sustainable, master-planned community to be built in Perryville, known as Woodlands Perryville.

Members will recall that Town Point Development kindly gave a presentation at a luncheon meeting late last year.
